Dear friends of The Business Machine

No news, good news! This is at least true for the project you seem to be interested in: The Business Machine is progressing, step by step. The team for the first visit has been selected a few weeks ago. This was not so easy: There were 23 applications from different European countries and 16 from Ethiopia. The idea of "cross-selection" (Ethiopians choose Europeans and vice versa) was maintained, yet the procedure had to be modified a little bit: Instead of choosing single persons, teams of 5 were set together and the selection was made among these teams. Below you can find the people who are the lucky ones.

 Yet, all the candidates that were not choosen to come to Ethiopia are not excluded from the project: they stay in the inner circle, which gives them access to all the documents and the back-stage of the website. The cooperation of these people is appreciated a lot as there will be different knowledge and skills needed once a project idea has been chosen.

The visit in Ethiopia will take place from the 15th to the 21st of March. Currently, the group is busy doing preparation work: this is again quite challenging as there are different expectation about how the week should look like. But again, we are progressing step by step and everybody is looking forward to the "adventure" that is waiting for us.
